Olivier Habinshuti (Olihabis) is a self-taught Rwandan artist born in 2001 in Rwanda’s Southern province. He was drawing from childhood but his passion for art blossomed by 2015 when he began making sketches and small paintings for commissions. He was inspired by his father who is also a professional artist. Today, he paints big canvases and murals in Kigali and other provinces. He hopes to motivate young people of this generation to be more creative.
