I remember, almost as if it were yesterday, when I was wild and free, running long distances with friends, losing my breath, falling to the ground, bursting into laughter, making a splash, and creating ripples to see how far they would go. I recall wishing to be older, thinking it would bring even more freedom. Instead, I became distracted and lost, and the essence of feeling alive began to fade away. I get it—c'est la vie; balance is necessary. But whatever you do, don't lose your inner child. Don't forget the little you that was once wild and free, blooming with love from the inside out.
