Beacon of Illumination

As the darkness slowly crept in, she became a beacon of light, like the sun shining in a dark universe, like a lighthouse guiding from all directions, visible from a distance. She embodied a light of love, hope, peace, happiness, freedom, and so much more. Her light wasn't meant to drive away the darkness; it was there to guide you when you felt lost in your own. She always left the light on.
