Refund and Return Policy

Return Eligibility

Original Artwork

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Artwork must be in original, undamaged condition

  • Original packaging and certificate of authenticity must be included

  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs

  • 25% restocking fee applies

Print Editions

  • Final sale - no returns or exchanges accepted due to custom production

Return Process

  1. Contact info@komezart.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include order number and reason for return

  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions

  4. Package artwork securely using original materials

  5. Ship via trackable method with insurance

Refund Processing

Timeline

Refunds process within 14 business days after we receive and inspect returned items.

Method

Refunds issued to the original payment method minus restocking fee and original shipping costs.

Inspection

Returned items are inspected for condition. Items not meeting return requirements may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Damaged Items

International Shipments

Report damage within 72 hours of delivery. Include photos and description. We coordinate with shipping carrier for resolution.

Local Deliveries

Report damage immediately upon delivery. We arrange pickup and replacement or refund.

Exceptions

No returns accepted for:
