At KomezArt, we’re committed to delivering your chosen artworks, books, and prints safely to your doorstep—whether you’re in Kigali or across the globe.
Every piece is carefully packaged to protect its integrity and shipped using reliable delivery partners.
2. Processing Times

Orders within Rwanda: Usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

International orders: Prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days, depending on product type and destination.

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Rates
Books

Shipping for books is calculated per item.
For example:-
1 book → one shipping fee

2 books → double shipping fee
This ensures fair and transparent pricing for all book orders, regardless of order size.

Artworks & Prints

Original Artworks: Shipping costs are calculated based on artwork size, packaging, and delivery location.
Larger or framed pieces may require special handling. -
Print Editions: Packaged with care and shipped in protective tubes or flat mailers.
Flat shipping rates may apply depending on region.
Local Deliveries (Rwanda)

We offer doorstep delivery within Kigali and nationwide courier service through trusted local partners.

Local shipping rates are displayed at checkout in Rwandan Francs (RWF).
International Shipping

International shipping is available to most destinations worldwide.

Costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, destination, and carrier.

Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Delivery Times

Rwanda: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Africa: 5–10 business days.

Europe, USA & Other Regions: 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs processing.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (customs clearance, weather, etc.).
5. Packaging & Handling
Each item—whether a delicate print or a handcrafted original—is handled with the utmost care.
We use eco-friendly and durable packaging materials to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
If you don’t receive tracking details within 5 days of purchase, please contact our team at support@komezart.com.
7. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your artwork or book arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll review your case and arrange a suitable replacement or refund where applicable.
