Refund policy

We will refund any original painting (work on canvas) that is in resellable condition, within 7 days of delivery, subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice and the reason for return. The customer is responsible for return-shipping charges. Credit card refunds will take approximately 14 business days from the time we receive your return. Please contact us by email at info@komezart.com to request a return.

Unfortunately, we can not honor refunds or returns of print reproductions due to their custom nature.
