Rumariza Brave, professionally known as Brave TANGZ, is a contemporary visual artist born in Kigali, Rwanda. He began his artistic journey in 2013 as a self-taught artist and joined Yego Arts in the same year. 

Working across painting, sculpture, murals, ceramics, and installation, his multidisciplinary practice is driven by experimentation and expressive freedom. Brave's work celebrates the human form through bold color palettes, symbolic imagery, and imaginative narratives. His paintings often explore psychological landscapes, cultural memory, and
the emotional dimensions of human experience.

In 2018, he launched Hobe, an art initiative supporting children facing mental health challenges at Ndera Neuropsychiatric Hospital. In 2019, he founded Free Minded Art Studio in Kigali, creating a space dedicated to artistic growth, collaboration, and community engagement.
