Mixed-Media Artist

Mugisha Gislain, known professionally as Slainar.t, is a self-taught artist whose practice has evolved from realistic figurative drawings using ballpoint pen on paper to exploring conceptual forms of artistic expression.

Working with ballpoint pens, watercolors, inks, and mixed media, he explores different ways of conveying emotion through art. His work is driven by a desire to express his own feelings while creating pieces that evoke deep connections with those who encounter them.

Through continuous experimentation with materials and techniques, Gislain continues to discover new possibilities in visual expression, guided by curiosity and emotional resonance.
