The Dancer

2022 | Drawing on Paper, unframed

The art piece portrays an energetic Rwandan dancer dressed in traditional dance regalia. I drew the inspiration of this art piece from my first view of the dancers at a traditional ceremony. Being new in Rwanda, I was so impressed by their way of preserving traditional culture for future generations. This work on paper is sold unframed; we recommend framing behind glass for protection and longevity of the work.
