Kubwimana Louis de Gonzague, professionally known as Ku Black, is a Rwandan photographer and filmmaker based in Kigali. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Film Photography and Production from the Hebei Academy of Fine Arts in China.

He is the founder of Ku Black Photography Ltd, with a body of work focused primarily on weddings, corporate productions, and documentary storytelling. His work has taken him across Rwanda and internationally, documenting people, cultures, celebrations, and real-life stories through both photography and film.

Beyond commissioned projects, Louis continues to explore personal photography and filmmaking, focusing on travel, landscapes, culture, and everyday life. At the heart of his practice is a clear objective: creating honest, visually compelling images that preserve moments and tell stories that remain meaningful over time.
